Nancy Appleby Theatre
The Athabasca Performing Arts Centre, known locally as the Nancy Appleby Theatre, has fostered a rich history of music and theatre in the Athabasca region for over 25 years. The theatre can accommodate up to 280 people and features a 780 square foot stage, green room and modern lighting and sound board technology to accommodate any type of performance.
Many local musical & theatrical events take place at the Nancy Appleby Theatre. It is home to the Heartwood Folk Club, Theatre Athabasca and multiple dance organizations.
