It isn’t a race…no mass start…just meet at the east side of Athabasca University (parking lot B), near the trail entrance to the lookout, when your lunch hour allows.
You can follow the yellow ribbons on the beautiful Muskeg Creek Trails for 2km or the blue ribbons on the full upper 5km loop.
Walk, Run, Talk, or just enjoy the trails in the fall.
